Waterford has natural beauty, convenient location and friendly neighborhoods. Many homes date back before statehood (1848). Victorian homes were built at the turn of the century. The architecture of many eras can be found throughout the area.

Recent developments have added both affordable and executive housing. There is an array of lot sizes; from less than 1/4 acre to large acreages. The urban-like areas are surrounded by working farms, forest areas and scenic lakefront properties. Residents of the area may choose from condominiums, multi-family, rental, and the full range of single residence homes.

People choose to live in Waterford because it is a great place to come home to. We are about a half hour from major league sports, world-class cultural events, museums, zoos and major urban airports. Beyond that, three major shopping malls are a half hour from home. This is a wonderful place for everybody from all walks of life.
