Recent developments have added both affordable and executive housing. There is an array of lot sizes; from less than 1/4 acre to large acreages. The urban-like areas are surrounded by working farms, forest areas and scenic lakefront properties. Residents of the area may choose from condominiums, multi-family, rental, and the full range of single residence homes.
People choose to live in Waterford because it is a great place to come home to. We are about a half hour from major league sports, world-class cultural events, museums, zoos and major urban airports.
