Welcome to the Inaugural Waterford Balloon Festival that is set to launch July 20 - 22, 2012. Come to this family-friendly event for a magical weekend of color in the skies, kid's activities, delicious food, craft/vendor fair, car show, Saturday Schedule of Events.
