Tim Pflieger is the founder and president of the Team Leadership Center (TLC), Door County's Adventure Center and Kayaking Adventures. TLC provides programs focused on team building, collaborative leadership, keynote speaking and strategic planning facilitation to organizations throughout the United States & Canada. All programs are interactive and dynamic, helping participants gain first-hand experience in learning, applying and transferring new skills.
Tim Pflieger is an experienced trainer, facilitator and keynote speaker who has been inspiring corporate groups, professional and collegiate sports teams and youth groups for over a decade. He has served as a training and organizational development resource for corporations large and small. Tim has an innate gift in understanding what makes people tick and how to encourage individuals and groups to move beyond their comfort zones to maximize their potential.
Tim earned his Master of Science in Education, while working in higher education, directing college programming and providing training in leadership development.. In addition to his work at the Team Leadership Center, he serves as an adjunct faculty instructor at Northeastern Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC).
Al Lautenslager is an award winning marketing/PR consultant, direct mail promotion specialist, author, speaker and entrepreneur. His businesses have helped hundreds succeed in their own businesses. He is the principal of Market For Profits, a Chicago based marketing consulting firm and also the president and owner of The Ink Well, a commercial printing and mailing company in Wheaton, IL. Al recently was on radio as a marketing expert to review Super Bowl commercials.
Al has started up businesses and closed them down. He has walked the walk of a guerrilla marketer. He is a multiwinner of business of the year awards from various organizations. His articles can be seen on over 20 online sites in addition to being a featured business coach for the online site of Entrepreneur Magazine, entrepreneur.com.
A member of USA Today's small business panel, and a certified Guerrilla Marketing coach, Lautenslager is also a much-in-demand speaker on the subject of marketing. Recently, Fast Company Magazine announced that Lautenslager is a finalist for its annual Fast 50, "ordinary people doing extraordinary things" as "leaders, innovators and technology pioneers".
His leadership has extended to his involvement into the community, is on the board of directors of five non-profit organizations, including two chambers of commerce.
